Default More Than 3 Rod and Reels?

If you are Anchored in a Boat can you have over 3 Rod and Reels if the extras have MDC Numbers on them?

Can the Big Grin ride with out a PFD?

I love being married. Its so great to find that one person you want to annoy for the rest of your life.

Sorry, I just saw this post for the first time. Your answer depends on where you are at. Some lakes/conservation areas limit the number of poles to less than the statewide limit. The statewide limit would allow "not more than 3 unlabeled poles and not more than 33 hooks".
